Our first piece of advice is really very simple – Network.
If you run a company that is business to business focused then networking is ideal. All fellow business people know that businesses need to meet and great to generate new income and at networking events you can really find some potential new business.
In fact a lot of networking groups encourage their members to refer prospects to other members thus making those members in effect sales pipelines for your business. Of course this is a 2 way thing you will need to refer some prospects back to other members but this is the way the world works and networking can really be a very cost effective way of generating new business and if you have a good reputation you will soon find that other members are more than happy to recommend you.
